1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

DiscoverUU is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
In case a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
