1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Your return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: Certain items such as intimate products, personal care items, or customized goods are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with the next steps and return instructions.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take additional processing time.


4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us first.
We will guide you through the exchange process and confirm product availability before you send your original item back.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DiscoverUU cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
